The Unfolding Legal Reality

The Spoiled Heiress Discovered Her Maid Was Actually A Millionaire

Chloe felt her heart pounding wildly against her ribs inside her tight gown.

She looked between the lawyer and the wet silver-haired woman in absolute panic.

"Mark, do something!" Chloe screamed while grabbing her husband's suit jacket tightly.

"She is trying to trick us out of our beautiful suburban home!"

Mark pulled his body away from her grip with a cold, distant expression.

"The house was never mine, Chloe," Mark stated with a flat, quiet tone.

"My family business went into deep debt three long years ago before us."

"Aunt Elena bought all our loans to keep our family from going broke."

The lawyer opened his binder and pulled out three thick legal papers quickly.

"Mrs. Vance holds the primary mortgage deed on this property," the attorney said.

"She also controls the trust fund that pays for your monthly living allowance."

Chloe shook her head back and forth as tears ruined her heavy makeup.

"No, this cannot be happening to me right now!" Chloe sobbed very loudly.

"I am a modern social leader in this town!" she yelled at everyone.

Elena dried her silver hair with the towel and stood tall and proud.

"You are a cruel young woman who treats poor people like trash," Elena said.

"I watched you scream at the young delivery drivers every single week."

"I saw you throw food at the young yard workers two days ago."

"And today, you threw dirty water in an old woman's soft face."

Elena took the legal papers directly from her smart attorney's waiting hands.

She looked down at the dark ink signatures with a very steady gaze.

"I gave my nephew this house on one simple clear moral condition," Elena noted.

"He had to marry someone with a good heart and high values."

Chloe fell down onto her knees right on the wet marble floor tiles.

"I am sorry, Mrs. Vance!" Chloe wept while clutching her expensive silk dress.

"I did not know who you really were under that dark brown wig!"
