The Stepmother Who Pushed the Billionaire's Son Down the Stairs

The white marble foyer of the Montgomery estate echoed with the cold, harsh sound of a woman screaming at a child.

High near the top of the grand staircase, right beneath the prominent American flag hanging on the wall, Julian stood trembling in his tailored grey suit.

Vanessa: You don't belong in this family, you little brat!

Julian: Please, Vanessa! I was just looking for my dad!

Vanessa: Get out of my life!

Vanessa, glittering in a glamorous green diamond dress, shoved the small eight-year-old boy directly down the steep marble steps.

Julian tumbled head over heels, his knees and elbows cracking against the sharp stone edges as he screamed out in sheer panic.

Julian: Help me! Somebody help me!

Down at the bottom of the landing, Sarah dropped her serving tray, the silver glasses clattering across the floor as she sprinted forward.

She slid onto her knees on the hard marble, catching the falling boy safely in her arms right before his head hit the floor.

Sarah: I've got you! You're safe, sweetie! Shh, don't cry!

Julian: My arm... she pushed me, Sarah!

Sarah held the crying child tightly against her pastel waitress uniform, her face turning pale with absolute shock and rage as she looked up at the balcony.

Sarah: Get your hands away from him!

Vanessa: Mind your own business, you pathetic servant!

Sarah: He is a child! You could have killed him!

Vanessa: He tripped on his own shoelaces, you idiot!

Sarah stood up, her body shaking with anger as she marched up the first few steps toward the woman in green.

Sarah: I watched you push him with your own hands!

Before Vanessa could pull away, Sarah delivered two fast, heavy slaps across her face, the loud cracks echoing off the high ceilings.

Vanessa stumbled back against the gold railing, clutching her red cheek in disbelief.

Suddenly, the massive double doors swung open, and billionaire Marcus Montgomery stepped into the foyer with his private security team right behind him, his eyes locking onto the chaos ahead.
