The Truth Exposed

A Wealthy Father Discovers His Fiancée Is Secretly Cruel

Victoria stopped in her tracks, her confident smile quickly fading away.

“David, what is wrong with you?” Victoria asked, stepping toward him.

“Do not take another step toward me or my son,” David commanded sternly.

He set Leo down gently on the carpeted landing near the flag display.

He pulled out his smartphone and held it directly in front of her face.

He pressed play on the video recording he had just downloaded inside.

Victoria’s own harsh voice filled the grand foyer with absolute clarity.

“Who do you think David will believe, a nanny or his future wife?”

Victoria’s face turned completely pale as she watched the smooth video play.

She saw herself throwing the bag and threatening the loyal nanny on screen.

“David, I... I can explain everything,” Victoria stammered, shaking her hands.

“I was just stressed out about the wedding planning and lost my temper!”

“You showed your true character when you thought I was absent,” David said.

“You lied to my face and tried to ruin an innocent worker’s life.”

Elena stood frozen near the door, tears of relief forming in her eyes.

“I trusted you with my home and my heart,” David continued coldly.

“But your cruelty and arrogance have destroyed every bit of that trust.”

Victoria tried to reach out and grab David’s arm in desperation.

“Please, David, we can forget this ever happened!” Victoria pleaded loudly.

“Think about our engagement and the high society event next week!”

David pulled his arm away forcefully, pointing directly toward the front doors.

“The engagement is officially over as of right now,” David stated firmly.

“Take your expensive clothes and get out of my mansion immediately.”

Victoria gasped in sheer humiliation, her red sequin dress rustling loudly.

“You are choosing a simple nanny over me?” Victoria shrieked in anger.

“I am choosing honesty, kindness, and safety for my child,” David replied.

He turned his back on her and walked straight over to where Elena stood.

“Elena, I owe you a deep and sincere apology,” David said gently.

“I should have believed your words from the very beginning.”
