An Angry Husband Returns

The heavy footsteps grew louder and faster with every second, pounding against the hard wooden floorboards outside the open bedroom door. Clara gasped in fear and pulled her newborn twins even closer against her chest, stepping back toward the wall mounted with the American flag.

Suddenly, the double doors were slammed fully open against the interior walls. Richard Vance stood in the doorway, dressed in an expensive navy suit. His face was twisted with extreme anger, his eyes wide as he realized his wife was no longer tied up.

Evil Husband: What the hell is going on here?!

Waitress: Get away from her! You have no right to do this to your own family!

Evil Husband: Shut your mouth, you cheap waitress! You are trespassing in my private house! Get out before I have you arrested!

Richard stepped into the sunlit bedroom, his boots clicking heavily on the light marble floor. He ignored Sarah completely and fixed his glare straight on his terrified wife. He reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a stack of legal papers tied to his family mortgage and real estate holdings.

Evil Husband: Clara, you are signing these inheritance papers right now! You don't leave this room until every single page is signed!

Mother: I won't sign anything, Richard! You lied to me, and you tried to take my babies away from me!

Richard raised his hand in frustration and rushed forward to grab Clara’s wrist again. He didn't care that she was holding two defenseless newborn infants in her arms. He only cared about protecting his wealth, his business reputation, and his control over the massive family estate.

Sarah saw the danger immediately and moved her body directly into Richard's path. She refused to let an abusive husband hurt a mother and her children right in front of her eyes. As Richard lunged forward with all his strength, Sarah braced her balance on the smooth floor.

She lifted her leg and landed a swift, powerful kick directly into Richard’s stomach. The heavy impact thudded through the quiet bedroom, knocking the breath straight out of the arrogant billionaire's lungs.
