David: Your lawyer already reviewed the terms twenty minutes ago, Evelyn.
David held his daughter's hand firmly as they walked slowly down the stairs.

Evelyn: You were always weak, David, just like your mother was!
David's voice grew ice-cold as he looked straight into her eyes.

Evelyn: I will challenge this in court and take every penny you have!
Mr. Harrison: I suggest you read paragraph four of the mortgage agreement first, Evelyn.
Mr. Harrison handed a sleek white file folder to the stunned woman.

Evelyn opened the folder with shaking fingers as her eyes scanned the lines.
