Richard: I saw the security camera light flashing on the wall!
Victoria froze cold where she stood.
She turned her head toward the ceiling corner.
A small red camera light was blinking steadily.
It recorded everything that happened in the main hall.
Victoria had forgotten about the camera high above.
Her face lost all its fake color in an instant.
Richard pointed his finger at her face.

Victoria: Richard please, I made a mistake!
Richard: You tried to harm an innocent child for money!

Richard: You monsters don't touch my son! I am divorcing you and sending you straight to federal prison!
Richard reached into his jacket pocket quickly.
He pulled out his mobile phone.
He dialed the local police department number.
He put the call on speaker mode for all to hear.
The police operator answered the call right away.
Richard: I need officers at my home immediately!
Victoria: Hang up that phone right now Richard!
Richard: My wife just attacked my infant son!
Victoria: No, please do not call them!
The operator said help was already on the way.
Richard ended the call and placed his phone away.
Victoria tried to turn and run up the stairs.
She wanted to pack her bags and escape.
Richard grabbed her arm before she could move.
He pulled her back down to the main floor.
Victoria lost her balance on the smooth stone.
She fell down onto the hard white marble.
Her green dress spread out across the floor.
Victoria: No, wait! Listen to me!
Richard: You are not going anywhere today!
Sarah stayed on the floor holding the baby tight.
