When a Cruel Boss Tried to Hurt a defenseless Woman

Security guards moved in quickly, grasping Victoria by both arms and guiding her away from the grand hall while she sobbed in total humiliation. The crowd of guests broke into loud applause, showing their approval for Mr. Harrison's swift action against the abusive event coordinator. Victoria looked back one last time, watching Sarah stand proudly beside the billionaire and his mother as the heavy entrance doors clicked shut behind her.

Mr. Harrison turned away from the door and walked slowly back to the wheelchair where his mother was smiling softly up at Sarah. He gently placed his strong hand on Sarah's shoulder, looking at the young waitress with deep respect and warmth in his eyes.

Mr. Harrison: Thank you for defending my mother when nobody else had the courage to step forward.

Sarah: It was my duty, sir. No matter who is watching, people deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

Mrs. Harrison: Son, this young lady protected me without even knowing who you were or how much money we have. She has a pure heart.

Mr. Harrison: That kind of honesty and bravery is very rare these days, Sarah. What is your current role with the catering company?

Sarah: I am just a hourly server, sir. I work extra shifts to help pay off my family's debt and cover my mother's medical expenses.

Mr. Harrison smiled warmly and pulled out a clean leather notebook from his jacket pocket, writing down his private personal contact number on a piece of paper. He handed the paper to Sarah, offering her a firm handshake that filled her with overwhelming relief and hope for the future.

Mr. Harrison: As of today, you no longer work for that catering company. My foundation needs a head administrator, and the job is yours if you want it.

Sarah: Sir... I don't know what to say! That is more than I ever dreamed of!

Mr. Harrison: The position comes with a full salary, complete health coverage for your mother, and a settlement bonus that will clear your family debt immediately.
