The sound of laughter and clinking champagne glasses filled the bright room as guests chatted about their luxury cars and corporate investments. Mrs. Harrison accidentally dropped her small silk purse on the marble floor, and the contents spilled out near Victoria's high heels. Victoria gasped in anger, stomping her foot down right next to the fallen items without bothering to help the frail woman picking them up.
Victoria: Look at what you did! You are ruining this perfect presentation with your clumsy hands!
Mrs. Harrison: I am so sorry, dear... my hands are not as strong as they used to be.
Victoria: Then you shouldn't be sitting out here in public creating a mess for my staff to clean!
Mrs. Harrison reached down slowly from her wheelchair, her fingers shaking as she tried to pull her velvet wallet back into her purse. Victoria grew even more impatient, her face turning red with sudden rage as several arriving guests turned around to look at the commotion near the entrance. Victoria stepped forward aggressively, raising her right hand high in the air to strike the helpless elderly woman across the shoulder.
Sarah: Stop right there! Do not touch her!
Before Victoria's hand could fall, Sarah sprinted across the polished floor, dropped her serving tray, and grabbed Victoria's wrist with maximum strength. The sudden scuffle rustled the heavy fabric of Victoria's purple gown as Sarah pulled the angry manager back away from the wheelchair. Victoria twisted around in complete shock, glaring at the young waitress who was holding her arm tightly in place.
Victoria: Let go of me! How dare a low-class waitress touch my designer clothes!
Sarah: I won't let you! She is helpless and you have no right to treat anyone like this!
Victoria: You are just a pathetic worker! I will make sure you never work in this entire city again!
Sarah felt her heart hammering inside her chest, but she stood firmly between Victoria and the frightened old woman in the wheelchair. She knew that defending Mrs. Harrison would cost her job, but her conscience would never let her stand by while a cruel bully attacked a helpless person. Victoria tried to push past Sarah with a furious shove, raising her other hand to slap Sarah out of the way.
