Victoria: YOU DESERVE EXACTLY THIS!
Victoria screamed into Alexis's face, her breath hot and her face beet red as she leaned in close beneath the framed American flag.
Alexis: Is that what you told the men you paid to jump me in the alley, Victoria?
Victoria: You brought this on yourself! You tried to steal my inheritance!
Alexis: It was never your inheritance! My father left eighty percent of this mansion and the entire trust fund to me!
Victoria: Your father was out of his mind when he signed that will! I am his widow!
Alexis: You were his wife for eight months before he mysteriously fell ill! Don't act like you loved him!
The guests surrounding the grand staircase began whispering frantically to one another, pulling out their phones to record the argument.
Guest 1: Did she just say the widow forged the inheritance trust?
Guest 2: Look at Alexis's face... she was severely beaten before she got here!
Victoria: Shut your mouths, all of you! She's a liar! She forged those medical documents!
Alexis: I have the original blood toxicity reports right inside my tuxedo pocket, Victoria.
Victoria's eyes darted down toward Alexis's jacket. Her chest rose and fell rapidly as her red hair swung around her face.
Victoria: Give me those papers right now!
Alexis: Come and take them.
Victoria lunged forward, her nails clawing toward Alexis's white suit jacket in a desperate attempt to grab the folded documents. But Alexis was ready. In one quick, fluid motion, the woman in the white tuxedo planted her left foot, leaped into the air, and drove her right boot forcefully across Victoria's chest.
The violent impact thud resonated off the marble walls, accompanied by a swoosh of displaced air. Victoria gasped in pain as the force of the kick launched her backward across the polished floor.
Victoria: AHH!
The red-haired woman in the yellow dress hit the white marble hard, sliding several feet before crashing onto her back near the bottom of the grand staircase. Her heels clattered against the floor, and she clutched her ribcage, groaning loudly in agony.
Crowd: *Gasping loudly* Oh my God!
Guest 3: Somebody stop this! She just kicked her across the room!
Alexis: Nobody touch her. Stay where you are.
Alexis landed firmly on her feet, barely losing her balance. She stood victoriously over Victoria's writhing body, her face calm and terrifyingly focused.
Alexis: You thought a pretty yellow dress and a fake smile would make you the mistress of this estate?
Victoria: *Gasping for air* You... you broke my ribs, you crazy bitch!
Alexis: Consider it down payment for the black eye you bought me.
Alexis slowly reached up, taking the lapels of her white suit jacket. With cold, calculated precision, she adjusted her bow tie, straightened her white suit jacket, and smoothed out the black leather of her gloves.
Alexis: Get up, Victoria. You're not done answering questions yet.
Victoria rolled onto her side, her freckled skin pale and covered in a cold sweat as she glared up at the woman standing over her.
Victoria: My lawyers will destroy you for this! You assaulted me in front of fifty witnesses!
Alexis: Let them try. Because every single camera in this hall just recorded you admitting to the parking garage hit.
Victoria froze on the floor, her eyes widening as she realized the massive trap she had just walked into.
