Chloe backed up slowly until her heels hit the bottom step of the grand staircase.
Chloe: Mark, please! That camera angle is completely misleading!
Mark: Misleading? I just saw you push my helpless mother down the stairs!
Mark took a fast step toward her with his fists clenched tightly at his sides.

Chloe started crying heavy tears, but Mark did not believe her anymore.
