Uncovering The Evil Secret

A Cruel Rich Groom Shoved My Daughter At Our Wedding

David Miller opened his leather briefcase and pulled out a stack of thick legal documents stamped with official court seals. He looked directly at Sarah, then down at Mark, who was slowly pushing himself up off the floor while holding his sore chest. The atmosphere in the grand hallway turned freezing cold as the truth began to emerge in front of all the gathered guests.

David: Mrs. Sarah, I think you need to know why Mark was so eager to finalize your marriage agreement today.

Sarah: What do you mean? What did he do?

Mark: David, keep your mouth shut! You work for the family estate!

David: I work for the late Mr. Richard Vance's estate board, Mark, not for you. And your father's will explicitly stated that you would only receive your forty-million-dollar inheritance trust fund if you were married to a person with a clean legal background and took legal custody of a child before your thirty-fifth birthday next month.

Sarah gasped as the realization hit her like a heavy wave. Mark had never loved her or cared about little Lily. He had used her status as a widowed mother with a clean record to qualify for his late father's multi-million-dollar estate trust fund.

Sarah: You used us... You used my daughter just to get your father's money!

Eleanor: So what if he did? You were getting a mansion and a wealthy lifestyle in return! You should have been grateful!

Sarah: Grateful? Your son pushed a six-year-old child onto broken glass because he was annoyed!

David: And because of that action, Mark has just violated the moral turpitude clause of the family trust agreement. Under state law, any act of violence against a minor immediately disqualifies an heir from receiving any distribution from the estate.

Mark: That's absurd! She stumbled! Nobody can prove I pushed her!

Sarah: The camera right above your head saw everything, Mark. You pushed her with both hands because she stood near a glass box.

Lily: Mommy... my hand hurts so much...

Sarah quickly turned away from Mark and dropped to her knees beside Lily. She pulled a clean linen napkin from a nearby table and gently wrapped it around her daughter's bleeding hand, holding the little girl tight against her chest while tears streamed down her own face.

Sarah: I've got you, baby. Mommy is right here. Nobody is ever going to hurt you again.

Mark: You ruined everything! You ruined my life!

Sarah: You ruined your own life the second you put your hands on my child.
