The next morning, sunlit beams filled the grand downtown corporate building lobby.
Mark walked through the glass doors with Sarah and Leo right beside him.
He carried a heavy black briefcase packed tightly with all the documents.
They rode the stainless steel elevator all the way up to the top floor.
Mark's older brother Richard was sitting behind a large dark oak desk.
Richard: What are you doing in my private office without an appointment?
Mark: We found father's second will inside the hidden library room.
Richard instantly dropped his pen and stood up from his leather chair.
Richard: That hidden room was supposed to stay locked forever!
Sarah: So you already knew about the second legal document all along?
Richard: Our father was old and not thinking clearly when he wrote that!
Mark: The legal paper is stamped and fully validated by court officials.
Mark laid the original deeds down onto the smooth desk surface firmly.
Mark: You tried to steal Leo's rightful inheritance for your own gain.
Richard looked at the official paper documents with absolute defeat in his eyes.
Richard: I needed the money to pay off my failed overseas investments.
Mark: You lie ends today because the family trust belongs to Leo.
Leo stepped forward and looked directly at his uncle across the desk.
Leo: Grandpa knew you were taking things that were not yours.
Richard sank back down into his big chair without saying another single word.
Mark: My lawyer will contact your team before the end of the afternoon.
Mark picked up the black briefcase and turned back toward the office door.
Sarah: Let us go home and fix up our family mansion properly now.
Richard sat in total silence as the three of them walked out slowly.
