A Husband's Intervention

A Bitter Rival Tried to Ruin Her Wedding Day

Victoria let out a furious roar and lunged across the rocky ledge directly toward Clara and the child.

She raised her hands, determined to knock Clara over onto the stone floor of the pavilion.

Before she could reach them, a tall figure charged onto the platform with incredible speed.

Daniel, dressed in his crisp black tuxedo, sprinted past the stone pillar and stepped straight into Victoria's path.

He caught her wrist mid-air with an iron grip, stopping her forward motion entirely under the bright sunlight.

Victoria gasped as Daniel twisted her arm back, forcing her away from his wife and daughter.

"How dare you try to harm my family!" Daniel yelled, his voice thunderous and shaking with paternal fury.

He pulled her away from the edge and shoved her back against the secure inner wall of the lookout stone pillar.

Victoria hit the wall hard, her eyes wide with sudden fear as she realized she was completely outmatched.

"You ruined my life!" Victoria shrieked, clutching her bruised wrist in front of the sunlit canyon backdrop.

"Your lawsuit took my father's firm and destroyed my family's reputation in this state!"

Daniel stood tall, his posture rigid as he kept himself placed firmly between the trespasser and his loved ones.

"Your father committed massive corporate fraud, Victoria," Daniel stated coldly, his eyes burning with intense anger.

"You tried to take your revenge out on an innocent toddler on what was supposed to be a sacred day."

Clara held Lily tight against her chest, watching her husband defend their family with unwavering strength.

Guests began gathering near the lower path of the lookout, gasping as they witnessed the high-stakes scene unfold.

Victoria spat on the ground, making another foolish move to push past Daniel's defensive stance.

Daniel reacted instantly, grabbing her shoulder and forcing her down onto the stone bench near the pillar.

"Sit down and do not move a single muscle," Daniel commanded, his voice carrying absolute authority.

The sound of heavy vehicle engines began to resonate from the winding mountain road below the overlook point.
