Confrontation in the Grand Foyer

The Stepmother Thought She Hidden Everything Until The Maid Spoke

Arthur returned to the grand foyer where Sarah was comforting Leo.

The young boy had finally stopped crying and felt safe again.

Elena stumbled out of the study, trailing closely behind Arthur.

Elena: Arthur, please, let us talk about this like adults!

Arthur: Do not step any closer to my family ever again!

Two uniformed security guards entered through the heavy front doors.

Arthur pointed his finger directly toward his terrified, sobbing wife.

Arthur: Get her out of this house right now and wait for police!

Elena: You cannot throw me out, I am your legal wife!

Arthur: My lawyers will have annulment papers ready by this evening.

The guards stepped forward and held Elena firmly by her arms.

They escorted her out through the massive double wooden doors.

Elena screamed curses as she was led down the stone driveway.

The loud slam of the front doors echoed through the high mansion.

Silence fell across the bright, marble-paved entry hallway once more.

Arthur turned around and looked directly at his loyal household maid.

He walked over and knelt down beside his trembling little boy.

Arthur pulled Leo into a warm, protective fatherly embrace.

Arthur: I am so sorry I did not see her true nature sooner, son.

Leo: Sarah saved me, Daddy, she ran super fast to catch me!

Arthur looked up at Sarah with tears welling in his eyes.

He felt immense gratitude toward the woman who saved his child.

Arthur: Sarah, I owe you everything for protecting my young boy today.

Sarah: I only did what any decent person would do, Mr. Wiman.

Arthur stood up and extended his hand toward Sarah in deep respect.

He knew that simple thanks would never be enough for her courage.

He resolved to reward her loyalty in a truly life-changing way.
