Arthur reached into his suit jacket pocket and pulled out a manila envelope.
He had returned home early because his private investigator called him earlier.
The investigator had spent three weeks looking into Victoria's background affairs.
Arthur: I went to see my divorce lawyer this morning, Victoria.
Victoria's eyes widened in complete disbelief as she stared at the envelope.
Victoria: What are you talking about?
Arthur: I know about the offshore accounts you opened last month.
He held up documents showing secret transfers drawn from the household accounts.
Arthur: You tried to access Leo's trust fund through my bank manager.
Victoria gasped sharply as the truth hit the open air like thunder.
Victoria: I was only trying to manage our family assets properly!
Arthur: That money belongs exclusively to my son's future inheritance.
He pointed a stern finger straight at her pale, trembling face.
Arthur: You married me for power and attempted to mistreat my child!
Victoria: Arthur, please, listen to me for one moment!
Arthur: Do not speak another word of lies to me!
He turned to Elena and gave her a warm, appreciative nod.
Arthur: Thank you for protecting Leo when I was not here.
Elena: I will always protect him, Mr. Vance.
Victoria realized she was completely surrounded by people who saw her true nature.
She tried to push past Arthur toward the grand front staircase above.
Victoria: I am going up to pack my personal belongings right now!
Arthur: You will not take a single thing from this estate!
He signaled the security team with a sharp nod of his head.
Arthur: Guards, escort Mrs. Vance out of this house immediately.
The two large guards stepped forward and blocked her path up the stairs.
Guard: Ma'am, please step toward the main exit doors right now.
Victoria: Get your hands off me, you have no authority!
Arthur: They work for me, and this estate is mine.
Victoria looked around the grand room in total desperation and anger.
She saw young Leo watching her safely from behind his father's side.
Her reign inside the Vance mansion was coming to an abrupt, final end.
