Arthur froze in place as he saw his small son lying on the floor.
The two officers immediately placed their hands on their utility belts with concern.
Mr. Wilmont: Leo! My god, what happened to my boy?
Arthur ran across the marble lobby, dropping his leather briefcase onto the floor.
He dropped to his knees beside Clara and held his crying son's hand.
Leo: Daddy! She pushed me down the stairs!
Leo pointed his shaky finger directly at Victoria at the upper landing.
Victoria: Arthur darling, that is completely untrue! He tripped over his shoes!
Victoria: I tried to reach out and catch him before he fell down!
Clara: She is lying, Mr. Wilmont! I saw her shove him with force!
Victoria: She is just a lying maid trying to keep her job here!
Arthur looked between his terrified son and his pale wife on the stairs.
Clara: Check the staircase security cameras, Mr. Wilmont.
Victoria's face turned completely red as her mouth dropped wide open in shock.
Victoria: Security cameras? There are no cameras in the private hallway!
Mr. Wilmont: I installed high-definition security cameras last week to protect Leo's safety.
Arthur pulled out his mobile phone and pulled up the live security feed.
The officers stepped closer to view the crystal clear video footage playback.
The video clearly showed Victoria intentionally shoving Leo down the steep stairs.
Mr. Wilmont: You monster... you actually tried to hurt my only son!
Victoria: Arthur, please, let me explain what really happened up there!
Mr. Wilmont: Officer, arrest this dangerous woman right now!
The officers moved quickly up the marble stairs toward the panicking woman.
Victoria: Get your filthy hands off my expensive white dress right now!
The officer grabbed her arms firmly and twisted them behind her back.
A crisp metallic click sounded through the hall as the handcuffs locked tight.
Victoria: You cannot do this to me! My family lawyer will destroy you!
Mr. Wilmont: You are leaving this house in handcuffs for life!
The police officers turned Victoria around and escorted her down the stairs.
