Sarah stood up slowly from the hard floor while holding her small baby boy safely.
Mark stood right beside her with his fist clenched tightly in pure determination and anger.
Evelyn walked down the grand marble staircase with a very calm and steady expression.
She held an official brown envelope firmly in her right hand as she stepped down.
Victoria followed right behind the lawyer, her face red with extreme anger and suspicion.
Victoria: What is the meaning of those official court papers, Evelyn?
Evelyn: These are the final terms set by your late husband before he passed.
Sarah: Tell us what the official documents say right now, Evelyn.
Evelyn: The court has verified the authentic signature on the official family trust.
The lawyer stopped in the middle of the foyer right in front of the group.
She tore open the thick brown envelope with a sharp, loud paper tearing sound.
Victoria gasped softly as she tried to reach out and grab the white pages away.
Mark stepped forward immediately and blocked his mother from touching the legal papers.
Mark: Do not touch those papers until Evelyn reads them out loud.
Victoria: I am the head of this household and I demand to see!
Evelyn: Look at the main heading right here on the first legal page.
Evelyn held up the official document directly in front of Victoria's angry face.
The bold black heading at the top of the paper was clearly visible to everyone.
It explicitly stated the words: Exclude permanent relation from the main family estate trust.
Victoria widened her blue eyes in sudden, profound shock as she read the legal words.
Her entire face froze in absolute horror and utter disbelief right before their eyes.
The massive power she thought she possessed was crumbling away in a single second.
Victoria: This cannot be real, he would never do this to me!
Sarah: He knew what kind of person you really were deep inside.
Mark: The trust does not belong to you at all, mother.
Victoria took a quick step backward and nearly lost her balance on the floor.
The wealthy woman who had terrorized them for years was finally completely defeated now.
