Mark ordered everyone to come inside the warm estate living room out of the cold.
Elena stood on the expensive Persian rug while water dripped off her grey uniform.
Victoria sat on the soft leather sofa holding a cup of hot chamomile tea.
Mark held his sleeping baby boy wrapped tightly in thick dry cotton blankets near the fire.
He turned toward Elena with a stern and serious look on his tired face.
Mark: I need to call the local police department to investigate this right now.
Victoria: Yes, call the police lawyer and have this dangerous woman arrested immediately!
Elena took a deep brave breath and looked straight into her wealthy employer's eyes.
Elena: Call the police, Mark, because I have nothing at all to hide.
Elena: But before you do that, check your own high-tech personal mobile phone app.
Victoria sat up straight on the leather couch and dropped her hot tea mug slightly.
Victoria: What mobile phone application are you talking about right now, Elena?
Elena: Mark installed a new smart nursery monitor on the outdoor patio yesterday morning.
Elena: It records motion directly to a secure private cloud server every single hour.
Mark's eyes widened instantly as he remembered the hidden motion camera on the wall.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out his sleek black smartphone right away.
Victoria jumped up from the sofa with a look of absolute panic on her face.
Victoria: Mark, darling, you do not need to check any silly phone apps right now!
Victoria: We should just throw this nanny out of our house and forget it!
Mark held up his hand to quiet his wife as he typed in his passcode.
He opened the security video application and tapped on the live footage replay button.
The room went completely silent as the small phone screen began to play the clip.
Elena stood her ground firmly, knowing that justice was about to be served finally.
Mark watched the video clip carefully as the bright screen lit up his dark face.
His jaw dropped in complete horror as he saw what really happened by the water.
