The Master Returns Home

The Maid Who Saved The Heir From His Wicked Stepmother

Richard Vance stood in the open doorway with his dark coat soaked.

He had forgotten his legal papers and returned home early to retrieve them.

He froze as he saw the terrible scene unfolding in his foyer.

His young maid was kneeling on the cold floor, crying and cradling Leo.

His new wife was standing above them with a cold, ruthless posture.

The heavy doors slammed shut behind him with an echoing boom sound.

Richard walked in briskly and authoritatively across the white marble tile.

His firm boots clicked loudly with every single intense, heavy step.

He stopped near the piano, assessing the shocking situation before his eyes.

His face filled with absolute shock and sudden, intense, dangerous fury.

Sarah looked up at him through her hot tears, her voice shaking badly.

She pointed her trembling finger directly toward the woman in green.

Sarah: Sir, she tried to throw your baby onto the marble floor!

Evelyn: That is a complete lie! She dropped him herself, Richard!

Sarah: Look at the nursery papers she stole from your desk drawer!

Richard glanced down at the crumpled trust documents lying on the step.

He saw his own signature forged hastily in fresh black ink ink.

He looked back at Evelyn with an expression of overwhelming, dark rage.

Richard: You dared to touch my son and my late wife's legacy?

Evelyn: Richard, listen to me, the maid is trying to frame me!

Richard: Do not utter another single word in this house!

Richard stepped forward angrily, waving his arm to dismiss her excuses instantly.

He grabbed Evelyn firmly by her silk sleeve, pulling her away safely.

Evelyn lost her footing on the slippery marble and stumbled off balance.

She fell onto the polished floor near the tall grand piano edge.

Her green dress bunched up messy around her as she looked up.

Richard glared down at her with controlled, absolute, boiling hatred and disgust.

He pointed his finger directly into her face with steady power.

Richard: Get out of my sight!

Evelyn: Richard, please, you cannot throw me out into the storm!

Richard: You will spend the rest of your life in prison!

Two large security guards stepped forward from the open doorway instantly.

They grabbed Evelyn by her arms and lifted her off the floor.

She screamed and protested loudly as they led her out the doors.

The rain poured outside as the police sirens sounded in the distance.

Richard turned around completely, his face softening as he saw his child.

He walked over to Sarah and knelt down on the cold marble.

He gently took his crying son into his own large, strong arms.
