The Mastermind Revealed

The Evil Stepmother Tried To Ruin Everything At The Mansion

Eleanor began to panic as the police officer took a slow step toward her position.

Eleanor: Wait, you do not understand the full story behind all of this!

Richard: I understand that you signed a strict prenup before our wedding six months ago.

Richard: I also know you attempted to forge my private signature on legal adoption papers.

Eleanor gasped loudly as Richard pulled a thick folder of legal documents from his briefcase.

He tossed the folder onto the marble table right beside the glass baby keepsake.

Richard: My estate lawyer called me two hours ago about suspicious trust fund requests.

Richard: You tried to transfer baby Emma's inheritance into a private offshore bank account.

Eleanor: That money should belong to us as a married couple, not just a baby!

Richard: That money belonged to Emma's biological mother and was set aside for her future.

Eleanor dropped her fake polite tone completely and glared at Richard with intense hatred.

Eleanor: You care more about that stupid baby than you ever cared about me!

Richard: I care about honor, truth, and protecting my daughter from ruthless gold diggers.

The second police officer unclipped a pair of polished steel handcuffs from his belt outfit.

Officer: Mrs. Vance, you are under arrest for attempted grand larceny and fraud investigation.

Eleanor: Do not lay a single finger on my expensive designer clothes right now!

She tried to pull away, but the officer firmly secured her wrists behind her back.

Eleanor struggled uselessly while screaming angry threats at everyone standing inside the grand foyer.

Eleanor: My personal lawyer will have me out of jail before the sun sets today!

Richard: Your lawyer already dropped you after seeing the clear bank fraud documentation evidence.

Eleanor stared in total shock as her grand plan collapsed completely around her feet.

The police officers turned her around and escorted her toward the open front doors.

Sarah stood quietly by the staircase, feeling the enormous weight leave the large house.
