Julian reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out his black leather wallet.
He pulled out several high-limit credit cards and threw them onto the floor.
Julian: You are cut off from all family accounts starting this exact second.
Victoria: You cannot do this to me!
Julian: My lawyer is preparing our divorce papers tonight.
Victoria: Julian, please! It was just a stupid mistake!
Julian: Cruelty is never a mistake, Victoria.
Julian turned to the head of house security standing near the main entrance doors.
Julian: Escort Mrs. Vance to her room to pack one single suitcase.
Julian: If she is not off the property in twenty minutes, call the police.
Security Guard: Right away, Mr. Vance.
Two large security guards in black suits walked over to Victoria's side immediately.
They firmly took hold of her arms and began walking her toward the stairs.
Victoria: Let go of me! Do you know who I am?
Guest: You are nobody now, Victoria!
A wealthy woman near the front laughed openly as Victoria was dragged away.
Victoria cried out in desperation, but no one in the room stepped forward.
Her dark wine dress was stained and dragged along the dirty marble floor.
The heavy doors closed behind her, cutting off her loud screams of anger.
Julian took a deep breath and looked around at his shocked party guests.
Julian: The party is officially over for tonight, everyone.
Julian: Please head home safely and enjoy the rest of your evening.
The guests began leaving quietly, discussing the shocking twist among themselves.
Julian turned back to Clara and gently took her cold, wet hand again.
Julian: Let us go upstairs and clean you up properly, Clara.
Clara: Thank you, Julian, for standing up for me.
Julian: You saved my father, and I will always protect your honor.
