Restoring The True Heir

Julian: Ladies and gentlemen, I apologize for the dramatic interruption to today's charity gala. But as you can all see, justice for the Sterling family was long overdue.

The guests began stepping forward, several prominent business leaders offering warm words of support and apologetic handshakes to Julian and Hannah.

Board Member 1: Julian, we had no idea what the Montgomery family was doing. The entire board of directors stands behind you and your sister one hundred percent.

Board Member 2: Thomas would be so proud of you, son. You never gave up looking for your little girl.

Julian: Thank you, everyone. Today's event is officially concluded. My staff will assist you all with your coats and cars outside.

As the guests slowly filed out of the ballroom, Julian helped Hannah stand up from the floor, gently brushing the dirt off her grey apron before untying the neck straps and tossing the uniform onto a chair.

Julian: You are never wearing that uniform again, Hannah. From this second on, you take your rightful place as the co-CEO of Sterling Enterprises.

Hannah: *Wiping her eyes* I... I don't even know where to start, Julian. My head still feels so confused sometimes... the memory loss comes back in pieces.

Julian: We have the best specialists in the country flying into Dallas tomorrow morning. No more fake medications. No more lies. Just proper medical care and family.

Hannah: What about the estate trust? Chloe said her father transferred half the assets into an offshore shell account in the Bahamas.

Julian: The FBI seized those accounts two hours ago, Hannah. Every single dollar has been recovered and placed back into your personal trust account.

Hannah looked around the grand room, her eyes landing on the framed American flag hanging on the pristine white wall above the marble staircase.

Hannah: Dad loved this room... he used to stand right under that flag every Christmas and tell us stories about building this company from nothing.

Julian: And now it belongs to you. Just like he always wanted.

Suddenly, the side door near the kitchen opened, and an older woman dressed in a housekeeper's outfit stepped out, her hands shaking as she held a small black ledger book.

Mrs. Gable: Mr. Julian... Miss Hannah... I have something you need to see.

Julian: Mrs. Gable? What is that?

Mrs. Gable: It's Chloe's mother's private logbook. She made me keep track of every medication they forced Miss Hannah to take over the last ninety days. I was too terrified to speak up before, but I recorded every single date and dose.

Julian: *Taking the book* Mrs. Gable... you just handed us the final nail in the Montgomery family's coffin.
