Uncovering the Hidden Ownership

Big Mike: Jax, the deed for this entire property is listed under the Miller Family Living Trust.

Jax: The Miller Trust? That’s Arthur Miller’s estate, isn't it?

Big Mike: Exactly. The late Arthur Miller left his real estate holdings to his daughter before he passed away two years ago.

Jax: Sarah... what did you say your full name was again?

Sarah: My name is Sarah Miller. Why are you looking at me like that?

Jax: Sarah Miller? Was your father named Arthur Miller, the veteran who owned the old auto shop on Main Street?

Sarah: Yes! How did you know my dad? He passed away, and everything went into probate after his stepmother took control.

Jax: Your stepmother was Evelyn Miller, right?

Sarah: Yes. After Dad got sick, Evelyn brought in her nephew, Richard, to manage his assets. They told me there was no inheritance left for me.

Jax: They lied to you, Sarah. They lied straight to your face while you were working two jobs to support your daughter.

Sarah: What are you talking about? The probate lawyer told me the entire estate was tied up in debt!

Jax: I knew your father, Sarah. Arthur was a charter member of our motorcycle club before he fell ill. He talked about you every single day.

Sarah: Dad talked about me to you?

Jax: All the time. He set up a trust fund specifically for Mia’s medical expenses and college education. He owned this diner, three commercial properties, and a residential home.

Mia: Grandpa Artie made a trust fund for me?

Jax: He sure did, sweetheart. But it looks like Richard and his aunt locked you out of your own property and started pocketing the rent money.

Big Mike: Richard isn't the owner at all. He’s just a hired manager appointed by a fraudulent power of attorney!

Jax: And today, he just threw the true heir and property owner out into the street for sitting in a wheelchair.

Sarah: I can't believe this... I’ve been struggling to pay for Mia's physical therapy while they were living off my father’s hard work?

Jax: Not anymore. We are going to walk back through those glass doors right now.

Sarah: Is it safe? What if Richard calls the police on us again?

Jax: Let him call the police. In fact, I hope he does. Our club attorney is already on his way down here with the original court documents.

Mia: Will I get to finish my chicken tenders, Mr. Jax?

Jax: Sweetheart, you’re gonna own the whole kitchen by the time we walk out of here.

Big Mike: Riders, fall in line! We are escorting the owners back into their building!

Jax: Stay right behind me, Sarah. Keep Mia right next to my hip. Let’s go set the record straight.

Sarah: Thank you, Jax. I don't even know what to say.

Jax: Don't thank me yet. The fun is just about to begin.
