David walked over to the house intercom system near the archway and pressed the button.
David: Security team, report to the main entrance foyer immediately.
Victoria ran toward the stairs, trying to reach her room to gather her expensive designer bags.
David stepped into her path, blocking the staircase with a commanding posture.
David: You will leave with only the clothes you are currently wearing.
Victoria: My jewelry and coats are in that dressing room! They belong to me!
David: Everything in this house was purchased with my money under our prenuptial agreement.
Two large security guards entered through the double doors, standing ready for orders.
David: Escort this woman off the property grounds and lock the front gate behind her.
Security Officer: Yes, Mr. David, right away.
Victoria struggled against the guards' steady hands, screaming insults at everyone in the room.
Victoria: You will regret this, David! My family's lawyers will ruin you in court!
David: My divorce lawyer will have the papers served to your apartment by tomorrow morning.
The guards led Victoria out through the front doors, her loud protest fading into the distance.
The heavy doors closed shut once again, bringing a peaceful quiet back to the grand house.
David took a deep breath and looked down at his young son, who had stopped crying.
He walked over to Elena and looked her straight in the eye with immense gratitude.
David: You saved my son from a life of hidden neglect and emotional harm.
Elena: I only did what any decent human being should do, sir.
David: Most people would have kept quiet to protect their paycheck and comfort.
David extended his hand and shook Elena's hand warmly in front of the entire staff.
David: Starting today, you are promoted to head manager of household affairs.
Elena: Mr. David, that is a huge responsibility!
David: I need someone with integrity, courage, and real love running this home.
Elena felt tears of relief welling up in her eyes as she accepted the new position.
She knew her sister's college tuition was now completely secure thanks to her honest actions.
