Tiffany: You can't do this to me! My family spent two hundred thousand dollars on this engagement party!
Victoria: You didn't spend a dime. That bill was sent directly to my corporate accounting department this morning.
Tiffany: Julian, speak up! Are you just going to stand there and let her ruin our life?!
Julian: Tiffany... you slapped my sister in front of the entire board of directors. You slapped the woman who pays my salary.
Tiffany: You coward! You promised me we were going to run this company together!
Julian: I can't run a lemonade stand if Victoria freezes my trust fund!
Victoria: Which I am doing effective right now.
Julian's head snapped up. His eyes widened in absolute shock as he looked at Victoria.
Julian: Victoria, please! I didn't know she was going to hit you!
Victoria: You stood there and let her insult the staff for twenty minutes, Julian. You enabled her cruelty because you thought she was going to help you take my voting shares.
Julian: I didn't want your voting shares! I swear!
Victoria: I saw the emails you sent to Marcus last month, Julian. You tried to file an emergency petition claiming I was unfit to manage the estate.
Marcus pulled a second set of printed emails from his briefcase, holding them out for the board members to see.
Marcus: Mr. Sterling tried to bypass the trust board while CEO Sterling was in London, ladies and gentlemen.
Board Member Miller: Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from both of them.
Board Member Davis: We vote to back CEO Sterling's decision completely. Julian Sterling is removed from the corporate board immediately.
Julian: Miller! Davis! You've known me since I was a kid!
Board Member Miller: And your father built this company on integrity, Julian. You brought an arrogant, abusive woman into this house and tried to steal your sister's legacy.
Julian slumped onto one of the velvet chairs near the wall, burying his face in his hands. He had lost his corporate seat, his allowance, and his standing in high society in less than five minutes.
Tiffany looked at Julian, then looked at Victoria. She realized her golden ticket into the billionaire lifestyle was completely gone.
Tiffany: Miss Sterling... Victoria... please. Have mercy on me. I'm sorry. I'll pick up the glass! I'll clean the whole room!
Tiffany dropped to her knees on the marble floor, her burgundy red gown dragging through the spilled champagne as she began picking up the sharp crystal shards with her bare hands.
Tiffany: See? Look! I'm cleaning it! Please don't destroy my father's business!
Victoria: Stop embarrassing yourself, Tiffany. It's too late for fake tears.
