The phone tone rang three loud times before the line finally connected through.

Attorney Vance: You are the sole executor listed on the verified official document.
Sarah: Then why did Mark give the original paperwork directly to Lisa?
There was a very long, quiet pause on the lawyer's phone line.
Attorney Vance: Mark was only given copies for tax review purposes yesterday.
