Victoria changed her tone completely, moving closer to Mark with tears forming.
Victoria: Mark, please, I was desperate and drowning in old debt!
Mark: You terrorized a seven-year-old child for your own greed!
Victoria: I can change, Mark! We can fix this together right now!
Mark: You will never set foot near my daughter ever again.
Mark pulled out his phone again and dialed the local police department.
Mark: Yes, I need an officer at my address for wire fraud and trespassing.
Victoria panicked and tried to grab her designer handbag off the desk.
Mark stood in front of the door, blocking her only exit path.
Mark: You are going to sit right here until the sheriff arrives.
Victoria: You cannot hold me here against my own will, Mark!
Mark: You are trespassing on a minor child's private trust property.
Outside the front windows, red and blue lights began flashing through trees.
Two Dallas police cruisers pulled up the long circular driveway with sirens.
Heavy knocks sounded at the grand front entrance doors of the mansion.
Mark walked down the stairs to let the two uniformed police officers inside.
Officer: Mr. Davis? We received your call about the fraud report.
Mark: She is upstairs in the master suite office, officer.
Mark: She has forged identity documents and stolen trust fund money.
The officers nodded firmly and walked up the grand marble staircase quickly.
Victoria began screaming loudly as the police placed silver handcuffs on her wrists.
Victoria: You will regret this, Mark! You cannot do this to me!
The officers escorted Victoria down the stairs toward the waiting police cars.
