Victoria: You called the police to my house on my son's wedding day?!
Marcus: I called the authorities to report a financial crime that has been going on for five years, Victoria.
Julian: Marcus, please! We can settle this privately! My mother made a mistake, but we can pay the money back!
Marcus: Pay it back with what, Julian? Your family bank accounts were frozen thirty minutes ago by court order.
Victoria: Frozen?! You can't freeze my accounts! I have an event to pay for! I have caterers and staff!
Clara: You were going to use my mother's memory and my baby's future to pay off your dirty debts, Victoria...
Victoria: Clara, sweetie, listen to me... we can work this out as a family! You love Julian!
Clara: Don't you dare call me sweetie. You are a disgusting predator.
Two police cruisers pulled up onto the grass lawn, their blue and red lights flashing bright against the white mansion pillars. Four uniformed officers stepped out and walked straight toward the altar area.
Officer Hayes: Victoria Vance?
Victoria: Get off my property immediately! Do you know who my husband was?!
Officer Hayes: Ma'am, we have a warrant for your arrest issued by the Palm Beach County District Attorney for grand larceny, bank fraud, and identity theft.
Julian: Officer, wait! This is all a misunderstanding! My mother didn't mean to do anything illegal!
Officer Hayes: Sir, step back and do not interfere with an active arrest!
The officers grabbed Victoria's arms, pulling them behind her back as she shrieked in outrage. The sharp click of metal handcuffs echoed over the quiet lawn as the guests pulled out their phones to record the entire scene.
Victoria: JULIAN! DO SOMETHING! CALL THE LAWYERS!
Julian: I... I can't do anything, Mom! The accounts are frozen!
Victoria: YOU USELESS COWARD! I RAISED YOU TO BE A MAN AND YOU JUST STAND THERE!
Victoria was dragged across the manicured grass, her designer heels sinking into the dirt as she kicked and screamed all the way to the back of the police car.
