St. Augustine Cathedral was filled with silence as hundreds of mourners gathered to say goodbye to billionaire businessman Richard Hawthorne.
White flowers surrounded the massive stone casket positioned before the altar.
Family members dressed in black quietly wiped away tears while the choir sang a final hymn.
Among the mourners stood a woman named Sarah Collins.
Unlike everyone else, she wasn't crying.
She stared at the casket with determination.
For weeks, Sarah had worked as a cleaner at Hawthorne Manor, where she had overheard strange conversations between Richard's relatives after his sudden death.
She tried telling the police, but without evidence, no one believed her.
When the funeral began, she made a desperate decision.
Grabbing a heavy sledgehammer from the church's renovation area, Sarah marched straight toward the white stone casket.
Before anyone could stop her, she swung the hammer with all her strength.
The loud crack echoed through the cathedral.
Guests screamed.
The elderly widow cried out,
"Stop! Stop it!"
Richard's eldest son rushed forward.
"What are you doing?"
Sarah ignored them.
Again and again, she struck the stone until a large section of the lid cracked open.

"Oh my God..."
Then she turned toward the congregation.
"Everyone needs to leave this room... immediately!"
