The call connected on the very second ring without any delay.
A calm, deep, authoritative voice answered from the other side of the line.
"Vivian, darling? Is everything alright at the venue?" her father asked softly.
The tone of pure love in his voice made Vivian's composure break completely.
She started weeping profusely into the phone, her shoulders shaking with heavy sobs.
"Dad... destroy them," Vivian whispered, her voice filled with deep pain and resolve.
Silence fell across the line for a terrifying, split-second pause before he replied.
"What did they do to you, sweetheart?" his calm voice instantly turned ice-cold.
"They publicly searched my belongings and called me a thief in front of everyone," she sobbed.
"They are surrounding me and refusing to let me leave the property safely," Vivian explained.
On the other end of the line, paper rustled and heavy boots hit a floor.
"I am outside the estate gates right now with my security team," he declared plainly.
"Do not move an inch, Vivian. I am coming inside right now," he ordered firmly.
Vivian lowered the phone slightly, staring directly into Eleanor's mocking eyes.
Eleanor sneered, completely unaware of who was truly on the line.
"Who is that, your little broke mechanic father from the east side?" Eleanor snorted out loud.
Julian looked at Vivian's eyes and felt an unexpected shiver run down his spine.
There was no fear left in Vivian's tear-stained face, only cold, hard certainty.
"You have no idea who my father actually is," Vivian said firmly into the receiver.
Suddenly, the sound of heavy tires screeching on the driveway resonated outside the home.
The massive white double doors at the main entrance were suddenly thrown wide open.
