Sarah pushed through the kitchen doors with a loud bang that echoed off the white marble.
Evelyn jumped back in surprise, holding Leo tightly against her sweater.
The maid dropped the silver spoon into the bowl with a sharp clink.
Sarah: Get away from him right now!
Sarah reached out and carefully pulled her baby away from Evelyn's grasp.
Leo began to cry loudly, frightened by the sudden loud voices in the room.
Evelyn: Sarah, what is wrong with you?
Evelyn: You almost knocked me over coming in here like a crazy person!
Sarah: You were trying to give him something he is deathly allergic to!
Evelyn: Do not use that tone with me in my own home!
Sarah wrapped her arms securely around Leo, her body trembling with anger.
She checked his face and hands to make sure he had not swallowed anything yet.
Sarah: I told you three times today about his medical restrictions!
Evelyn: I raised four healthy children, Sarah, I know how to feed a baby!
Before Sarah could answer, heavy footfalls sounded from the hardwood hallway outside.
Mark, Sarah's husband, walked into the kitchen wearing a sharp charcoal business suit.
His expression was stern as his eyes swept over the scene.
Mark: What on earth is going on in here?
Evelyn: Mark, thank goodness you are home!
Evelyn: Your wife just rushed in here and screamed at me like I was a criminal!
Mark stepped forward, his eyes fixed cold and hard on Sarah.
Mark: Why are you disrespecting my mother like this?
