Victoria tried to turn around and run toward the front entrance doors.
Julian called out to the front security guard standing at the gates.
Julian: Lock the main security gates immediately and hold all vehicles!
Victoria reached the heavy front doors but found the lock already engaged.
She pounded her fists against the wooden panels in utter desperation today.
Victoria: Let me out of this house right now, Julian please!
Julian: You will stay right here until the police officers arrive shortly.
Elena stood beside Julian, holding baby Leo calmly in her arms.
The baby felt safe and comfortable in the gentle maid's presence.
Within ten minutes, red and blue lights flashed outside the front windows.
Two police officers walked into the grand foyer with serious professional expressions.
Julian handed them the flash drive containing the clear security camera footage.
Julian: She intentionally endangered my eight month old baby boy today.
Officer: Victoria Vance, you are under arrest for reckless endangerment charges.
The officer placed silver handcuffs tightly around Victoria's slender wrists.
She wept loudly as she was led down the front marble steps.
Her life of luxury and social status was officially over forever now.
Julian watched the police car drive through the iron gates and away.
He turned back to face Elena with deep genuine gratitude in his heart.
Julian: You saved my son's life today when nobody else was looking.
Elena: I only did what any decent human being would do, sir.
Julian: You did far more than that; you showed true hero courage.
He took her hand gently and shook it with deep emotional respect.
The dark storm clouds over the family manor had finally cleared away.
Justice had prevailed through the brave actions of a humble housemaid.
