Arthur dialed his chief legal partner to review the estate documents immediately that afternoon.
He spoke clearly into the receiver while keeping his eyes locked onto Eleanor's defensive posture.
Arthur: I need an immediate freeze placed on all central family trust accounts right now.
Eleanor: You have no legal authority to lock those accounts without my written consent!
Arthur: As the primary executor named in my mother's original will, I have full authority.
Eleanor's hands began to shake as she realized her financial control was slipping away fast.
She had spent months trying to alter the terms of the trust before Lily grew older.
The legal clauses protected the mansion and all associated wealth for the direct biological child.
Arthur walked over to his briefcase and pulled out a original copy of the estate contract.
He pointed to the red clause that explicitly outlined the safety requirements for the residence.
Arthur: You neglected safety duties while attempting to alter the primary beneficiary terms today.
Eleanor: It was an innocent mistake during a chaotic afternoon in a large mansion!
Arthur: My daughter almost hit the marble floor while you watched from above!
Lily came over and hugged Arthur's leg tightly as the loud argument echoed through rooms.
Arthur reached down and patted her brown hair to comfort her during the tense scene.
He knew that keeping Eleanor in the same house was no longer a safe choice.
He pulled out his official pad and began writing down a formal eviction notice right away.
Arthur: You will vacate this property by tomorrow morning under full legal supervision.
Eleanor: You cannot throw me out of the home I built over twenty years!
Arthur: Watch me enforce the law to protect my daughter from any future harm.
Eleanor gasped as she realized Arthur was completely serious about removing her from power.
She turned on her heels and rushed up the marble stairs to pack her luxury items.
Arthur held his daughter close and felt a sense of relief wash over his chest.
