Arthur pulled his mobile phone from his suit jacket and dialed his head of security.
Arthur: Send security to the nursery immediately, and call the city police.
Nora gasped as the reality of the situation finally hit her.
She backed away toward the door, looking for any chance to escape the room.
Arthur stepped into her path, his tall frame blocking the doorway completely.
Nora: Arthur, you cannot do this to me! Think of our reputation!
Arthur: You destroyed your own reputation the moment you touched my son.
Nora: He is not even mine! He gets everything, while I get nothing!
The truth finally came out of her mouth in a bitter, angry burst.
Nora hated the fact that the entire Foster estate was placed in a trust fund for Leo.
She wanted the entire inheritance for herself, without sharing a single dollar.
Arthur looked at her with pure disgust, realizing how blind he had been.
He had brought a monster into the house he built to protect his family.
Arthur: You were after the trust fund from the very beginning.
Nora: You gave everything to a baby while treating me like an ornament!
Arthur: My son is my family. You were supposed to protect him too.
Elena gently rocked little Leo, who was finally beginning to calm down.
She held the baby close, keeping him far away from the angry woman.
Two heavy-set security guards in black uniforms rushed into the sunlit nursery.
They immediately stood on either side of Nora, preventing her from moving.
Arthur: Hold her right here until the police officers arrive.
Nora: Take your hands off me! Do you know how much this dress costs?!
Guard: Sit down, ma'am. Do not make this any worse for yourself.
Arthur turned away from Nora as if she no longer existed to him.
He walked over to Elena and looked at his small son, who was reaching for him.
Arthur took the little boy into his arms and held him tight against his chest.
Tears filled the powerful father's eyes as he kissed the top of Leo's head.
Arthur: Thank you, Elena. You saved my boy's life today.
Elena: I would do anything to keep him safe, Mr. Foster.
The sound of police sirens began to echo from the street far below the penthouse.
