Evelyn dropped her flower bouquet onto the wet floor below.
Her face went totally pale as the guests began to whisper.
David pointed a shaking finger directly at her pale face.
David: What did you put inside my drink tonight Evelyn?
Evelyn: It was just a stupid joke I swear to you!
David: You tried to harm me in my own family house!
Evelyn: That crazy maid is lying to make you hate me!
Clara stood her ground firm while holding up the clear recording.
Clara: The video does not lie to anyone in this room.
David stared at Evelyn with total hatred in his dark eyes.
The trust he had built over years was completely destroyed now.
Evelyn reached out to touch his arm, but he pulled back.
David: Do not dare to lay a hand on me again!
Evelyn: Please listen to me for just one small minute David!
David stepped back and raised his loud voice across the ballroom.
He shouted for his private security team to enter the doors.
David: Get security here right now and remove this woman!
Two large men in dark suits hurried across the marble floor.
They grabbed Evelyn firmly by both of her arms immediately.
Evelyn began to cry loud tears as they pulled her backward.
Evelyn: You are making a huge mistake with your life David!
David: Take her away and call the local police right now!
The guards dragged her straight out through the main exit doors.
The heavy doors shut tight, leaving the room in shock.
David looked at Clara with a tired and sad face.
David: Thank you for saving my life tonight young lady.
Clara: I only did what was right for you sir.
David asked his manager to clear out all the guests immediately.
He needed to find out why Evelyn had done this evil act.
The police were already driving up the long front driveway fast.
Clara stayed near the kitchen to answer all their quick questions.
