The morning sun filtered through the massive crystal chandelier of the Ocean View Resort, casting bright golden light over the polished hardwood floors. Victoria Vance adjusted her white designer dress and looked around the crowded lobby with total disgust. She was the self-proclaimed queen of the local high society, expecting every employee and guest to bow to her every whim.
As wealthy resort guests gathered in their finest morning suits and summer dresses, a sudden commotion broke out near the main entrance. Victoria stood tall, holding a heavy black leather leash in her gloved hand. On the other end of that leash was Elena, a woman wearing a simple dark outfit and a leather collar, who was currently being dragged across the floor like an animal. Elena was disheveled, her knees scraping against the hard wood, but her eyes burned with a silent fire.
Victoria: Get this nobody out of my resort right now!
Elena: Take your hands off me before you ruin your own life!
Victoria: Shut up! You do not belong in a luxury establishment like this.
The surrounding crowd gasped in utter horror as Victoria pulled the leash tighter, forcing Elena down to her hands and knees. People pulled out their phones, snapping photos and whispering to one another in complete disbelief. Nobody dared to step in because Victoria’s family owned the management company that operated the oceanfront estate.
Victoria grinned with cruel pleasure, taking another step forward as her designer heels clicked loudly against the floorboards. She believed she was untouchable, safe behind her family money and the expensive security team guarding the high doors. She loved making an example out of people who did not fit her absurd standards of wealth.
Elena struggled to maintain her balance on the slippery wooden surface, her breathing heavy and ragged under the pressure. The leather collar pressed tightly against her neck, but she did not shed a single tear. Instead, she waited for the right moment, keeping her right hand firmly buried deep inside her jacket pocket while the crowd stared in shock.
Victoria: Look at you, crawling on the floor where you belong!
Elena: You think this floor belongs to you, don't you?
Victoria: My father pays your salary if you even work here, loser!
Elena: You are making the biggest mistake of your entire existence.
The resort manager rushed over, his face pale as he watched Victoria drag the struggling woman toward the glass exit doors. He wanted to say something, but he knew that opposing the heiress meant losing his high salary, his health insurance, and his executive career. The crowd formed a wide circle, paralyzed by the sheer cruelty of the scene unfolding before them.
Elena stopped moving, bracing her knees against the wood to halt Victoria's forward progress. The leather strap went taut, snapping Victoria's arm backward and forcing the blonde woman to halt in her tracks. The entire lobby went dead silent as the tension in the grand room reached a boiling point.
